Financial services giant Deloitte LLP’s is planning a January groundbreaking for part of the massive expansion of its Westlake campus.last year to support a planned $300 million addition to Deloitte’s 12-year-old campus northwest of DFW International Airport in developer Hillwood’s Circle T Ranch.
Tarrant County green-lighted more than $5 million in tax breaks for the expansion that would add eight buildings totaling at least 300,000 square feet.Deloitte just filed plans with the state for a 257,000-square-foot, five-story building that would open in 2025. The project “consists of classrooms, meeting rooms, outdoor roof terrace, food and beverage and approximately 300 guest rooms,” according to details supplied to the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation.
