Hennessy, said in the memo.Libby German, 14, and Abby Williams, 13, were killed on a hiking trail outside their hometown of Delphi, Indiana, in 2017.Gull said she would appoint a new public defense attorney for the alleged killer and hopes to hold a planned hearing Oct. 31, but doesn’t anticipate being able to maintain the Jan. 8 trial date that was originally set.
