Ethan MillmanA prominent Los Angeles donor to the Democratic Party is facing a federal charge related to one of two fatal drug overdoses in his apartment since 2017, prosecutors said Thursday.
Ed Buck is accused of providing methamphetamine to 26-year-old Gemmel Moore, who died after receiving the drug intravenously in July 2017, according to the U.S. attorney’s office for the Central District of California.
