Work is taking place to pull down one block of the stalled Fox Street development in Everton. The block was largely destroyed by an enormous blaze on January 28.
Block D of the complex was completely gutted by the fire and reduced to a shell. The four-storey building had formed part of the wider stalled development, which has been reported on extensively in recent years.
