Loose Women star Denise Welch has hit back over a social media backlash at her defence of Meghan Markle .
Angela, who has been outspoken about Meghan and her husband Prince Harry before on Good Morning Britain, was a guest on TalkTV where she ended up cutting her appearance short after being accused of trolling. Denise shared the TalkTV clip on X, where Angela was shown complaining about Meghan's promotional photos for her new jam range and claimed they looked "set up".
After a heated exchange, Angela said: "You're here to fight me so why don't you say goodbye?" and waved at the camera. JJ replied: "I'm not here to fight you, I'm just laying out the truth to you... You don't want to be challenged," but Angela then left the interview video link. But some of those commenting on Denise's post began a backlash against her, criticising her for her own comments on Loose Women and telling her Angela should be able to make whatever remarks she wanted.
