Denise Welch shares swimsuit pic and reveals she gained 2st after 'replacing alcohol addiction'
Denise Welch has spoken openly about her experience giving up alcohol, revealing how she gained two stone when she “replaced one addiction with another”.
Posting a before-and-after snap to her 395,000 Instagram followers, the Loose Women star shared one picture of herself before she began overhauling her relationship with food and another more recent snap of herself 10 years later. Discussing her lifestyle overhaul, she explained how she lost two stone in as many months with the help of weight loss programme Lighter Life.
“Looking stunning Denise! Xx,” wrote one follower. “You look amazing [heart emoji] X,” added another.Over the years, Denise has bravely opened up about her relationship with food and alcohol and recently showed off her incredible figure as she stripped down to a black underwear set.
