The Danish monarch tested positive to COVID-19 shortly after attending Queen Elizabeth II's state funeral in London on Monday - an event which Princess Mary was reportedly uninvited to due to a 'regrettable error'.

The news comes after a debacle surrounding the Australian-born Crown Princess of Denmark, who was reportedly uninvited to the Queen's funeral on Monday. "There has been a regrettable error in the invitation from the British Foreign Office protocol," the Royal House reportedly confirmed to the publication.
