Advocates for people experiencing homelessness have questioned whether the City of Denver will sweep encampments during the dangerous weather. The Joint Information Center, which the city launched as the migrant arrivals started to overwhelm the city, says,"We will be watching the weather carefully and adjust as needed. All cleanup activities on Thursday have been delayed.
