Marginal winds should limit the threat for critical conditions, but there may be spotty areas that hit critical thresholdsThe northeast plains in particular are very dry and have critical fuels reported, forecasters at the National Weather Service said, and almost warrants a fire highlight, but they said they held off on the highlight for now due to the spotty nature of the conditions.
