Dept. of Education launches additional investigations into Carroll ISD
One North Texas school district no stranger to controversy now finds itself under further scrutiny by the U.S. Department of Education.
The department's Office of Civil Rights has launched three additional investigations into the Carroll ISD in Southlake, bringing the total number of active investigations to eight.
