William Taylor has been fined after ignoring an abatement notice issued by Derby City Council.

William Taylor was said to be using the machine in the early hours of the day at his home in Friary Avenue, Allenton, Derby.Taylor has been ordered to pay more than £2,000 in fines and costs at Derby Magistrates Court. Despite being issued a warning followed by a noise abatement notice, the noise continued, the council said.
Taylor denied breaching the abatement notice when he appeared before magistrates in Derby on 14 August.
