The 31-year-old has a rich history in Edmonton since debuting in 2015 with the franchise. After spending the first few weeks of the season on the practice roster, Walker eventually made his debut in August of that year and went on to put up 89 catches, 1,110 yards and six touchdowns in 12 games, which earned him the CFL’s Most Outstanding Rookie award and well as CFL all-star honours. The banner year was capped off with a championship in the 103rd Grey Cup.
