Season of Dawn launches later today, and with it will arrive a number of known issues that Bungie has tried to document in a Help thread that a lot of people are probably not going to see, so I’m going to amplify it a bit here.

We’ll see how long it takes for many to be resolved.Once you download the new update , you may hit a CHICKEN error when you try to log in, and if that happens you should restart the game. They say that players must have linked an Obelisk to the Sundial in order to receive rewards from the activity. This seems like less of a bug and more of a PSA as to how Sundial works. I am not sure if this means you have to do an Obelisk activity time you want to earn rewards from Sundial, or if you just have to do it once. Doing a public event before every Sundial run sounds kind of exhausting, but we’ll see.
