TAMALE TIME:For Pincho, the Houston debut will be its first location outside Florida. The restaurant’s menu include made-to-order burgers, meat plates , meat and rice bowls, salads, chicken sandwiches, and hot dogs. Pincho’s was cited as “Best Burger in South Florida” by the Miami New Times and one of South Florida’s best burgers by Eater.com.
Via 313, with multiple locations in Austin as well as Round Rock and San Antonio, specializes in Detroit-style, rectangle-shape pizza with chewy, deep-dish crust, as well as “bar style,” thin-crust pies with crispy edges. “Memorial City is a great spot for the hottest developments, and we can’t wait to add Via 313 and Pincho to the mix,” said Alonso Castañeda, vice president of brand development and strategy for Savory Fund, the primary investor of both restaurant brands. “We know locals and visitors alike will fall in love with our vibrant spaces, bold flavors, and addictive menus. From Via 313’s Detroit-style pizza to Pincho’s Miami-born burgers, we’re bringing the heat to Houston.
