The planned Chalk Hill development will include office and apartment towers on part of KERA's property north of downtown Dallas. Developers are giving a first look at two new high-rises planned in the Uptown area north of downtown Dallas.they formed a partnership to build the mixed-use project called Chalk Hill on the broadcaster’s property along Harry Hines Boulevard at Wolf Street.KERA is selling 2.4 acres of its campus to Kaizen, which has a track record of building offices in Uptown, Allen and McKinney.
Kaizen is teaming up with Crescent Communities on the apartment tower.
