We’re looking for a DevOps engineer who can be responsible for deploying product updates and manage releases of solutions, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations between technologies that assist the software development team and that meet our customers’ needs.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software engineering, will work with developers, Operations and Analysts to ensure that software development follows established processes and works as intended. The DevOps engineer will also help plan projects and be involved in project management decisions.Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying them to developers.Support testing analysts and examining code written by others and analysing results.Identifying technical problems and developing software updates fixes or integrating new technologies to solve. Working with software developers and Operations specialists to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended.Has a full understanding of the SDLC.Experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar software engineering role for at least 2 years. Bachelor of science degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field .Build tools to reduce occurrence of errors and improve customer experience.Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues.Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.Experience with Source control like Bitbucket, Git or GitHub.Experience with Test Automation Tools like Cyprus, Selenium and JUnit.
