Dhirren Randhawa pleads guilty to aggravated driving without due care and leaving the scene of an accident following the death of Charlie Stevens at Schoolies celebrations in November.

The teenage driver accused of causing the death of Charlie Stevens during Schoolies celebrations last year, has pleaded guilty a lesser charge, with the charge of causing death by dangerous driving dropped.

Today, Randhawa pleaded guilty to aggravated driving without due care and leaving the scene of an accident, with all other charges dropped. "This is one step in the process. There are a few more steps to go so, I think it would be appropriate for us to say more at a later point in time," he said.
