Treasurer Jim Chalmers says it will be a “tough day” for Australians facing the potential news of rising interest rates today.
“It will cause some pain for a lot of people,” he told Sky News Australia.
“It will be a difficult day I think there’ll be some difficult news, some tough news for a lot of Australians.”
