Zack Kerr baked cakes and created bracelets and other items
A disability rights campaigner has raised more than £700 for Macmillan Cancer Support through organising a Coffee Morning in honour of his mum.
Krissy, who has been clear of cancer for two years, said: “My Macmillan nurses were exceptional. They helped me cope with the diagnosis and surgery as well as the after-effects.“They also supported me with the emotional side of telling my children. I am so incredibly proud of Zack making this Coffee Morning happen. Life is not always easy for him, but he overcomes challenges everyday and nothing deters him from getting out there and making wonderful things happen like this Coffee Morning.
