Women who haven't been nightclubbing for decades are back on the dancefloor joining sell-out crowds at events across the country.

"Some women have just not had a cracking good night out in a really long time, whether they've just had children or they've been flogging themselves at work. The dancefloor was already pumping by 7:30pm with hits by Cher, Shania Twain, Whitney Houston, and Calvin Harris whipping up the crowd. When Sarah Wills and Lise Carlaw asked the crowd their ages, women in their 40s and 50s made the most noise."What we're offering is what is lacking, which is a space for a big group of girls to come together," she said.Ms Carlaw said it's a lot of work delivering Disco Club in venues that usually host a very different clientele.
