The other day while scrolling through my Facebook feed I came across a video of Will Smith and Jada celebrating his birthday and he looked to be in great shape. However, a few days prior I had watched an episode ofWill had gathered his family including his eldest son, Trey to discuss his relationship with food, which he admitted wasn’t very good. The conversation was eye opening to many including those of us who may also live to eat and not eat to live.
He talked about how over the years he had eaten aimlessly without even thinking and at one time weighed 225 pounds! He has decided it was time for him as well as the entire family to make better and healthier eating choices.That Red Table Talk episode made me think about my own eating habits especially as aWith the change in season there will be a change in food choices and it’s vital to make it a healthy change.
