on April 15 opened its newest location in Fulshear. The boutique offers dog supplies and grooming, but it’s best known for its scratch-made dog treats baked daily onsite.Fulshear was chosen as the chain’s newest location, said owner Pablo Ramos, because the area is growing rapidly, but there was a dearth of specialty dog boutiques and grooming services in the area.
“Fulshear is growing constantly, and it really has everything you can think of except one thing– the services we provide– so we decided to open here,” Ramos said. Since opening his doors, the community has flocked to the new location. “We’ve had so many people come in who said they’ve been waiting for us to open,” he said. “It’s exciting to see how the people of Fulshear are happy to have us here.”The Florida-based company, founded in 2007, has more than 200 locations across the U.S. The Fulshear location is the second Katy-area shop; the franchise also has a location at 1510 West Grand Parkway South.
Ramos encourages locals to pop into the store with their dogs, even if they don’t plan to shop. “The first thing about our business is that we love dogs. We want to meet all the dogs in the area,” he added, laughing.
