Rachael Whitaker has been fined thousands of pounds for not obeying legal documents issued to her in regards to dog barking
A dog owner has been fined £2,000 after she allowed her pooch to breach dog noise rules some 26 times.

In August last year, a prosecution was brought for 16 breaches of the abatement notice - and again in February this year, when Whitaker was fined £660 plus ordered to pay costs and victim surcharge.
