Subscription services are costing Australia n households hundreds of dollars a year, but customers are increasingly cutting back on them to save money, new NAB analysis reveals. Taking stock of exactly what you’re subscribed to, culling anything unnecessary, and organising the remaining services with folders and alerts is saving families an average of $670 a year.

” Cancelling the subscriptions all together isn’t the only way to save money, either, NAB retail customer executive Larna Manson said. “Even small changes like opening a shared family account to split costs, looking for more budget-friendly options without the bells and whistles, or downgrading your plan can make a big difference,” she said.
