The White House maintained its silence regarding the indictment of former President Donald Trump, declining to offer any new comment Tuesday afternoon.
Trump arrived for his federal court date in Miami just before Tuesday's White House press briefing began. The former president is facing 37 counts on seven charges relating to his alleged mishandling of classified information and attempts to obstruct the Justice Department's investigation into the matter.
