Former US president Donald Trump hits back at his daughter Ivanka, saying she had 'checked out' on election issues, after she testifies that she did not believe his claims about voting fraud.
In a post on social media platform today, Mr Trump downplayed his daughter's involvement in his election campaign despite her being one of his closest allies during his presidency."She had long since checked out and was, in my opinion, only trying to be respectful to Bill Barr and his position as Attorney General ."The House committee investigating the riot made a splash during its first public hearing yesterday.
The final instalment will likely be aired in September — ahead of the release of the committee's final report and November's midterm elections.
