US president-elect Donald Trump will neither be jailed nor fined over a hush-money payment made to porn star Stormy Daniels , after he was sentenced by a New York court.
In May last year, a jury found Trump guilty of 34 counts of falsifying business records. The charges were in relation to how he accounted for the money and reimbursed his then-personal lawyer Michael Cohen, who had made the payment to Daniels.
