Dothan man charged with rape

A 71-year-old Dothan man has been arrested and charged with rape.

Albert Smith III was arrested and charged with rape first degree after the Dothan Police Department on Tuesday began investigating an allegation of rape that occurred in the 1000 block of Cabot Street.
