Abdoulaye Doucoure has opened up on life at Everton and under Sean Dyche after extending his stay at the club until 2025
Abdoulaye Doucoure admits he has Sean Dyche to thank for saving his Everton career and has opened up about playing in a more advanced role.
However, Doucoure, who moved to Merseyside from Watford in September 2020 and has made 109 appearances for the club, scoring 13 goals, always had his heart set on remaining at Everton. “All of my career, I was always playing. I only had this problem with the previous manager, which wasn’t working. I’m still here, still happy, still alive and looking for more.
“I enjoy it so far,” he said when asked about his move further forward. “The statistics show it - they’re very good.
