Cross-party politicians and Transform Drug Policy Foundation condemned the comment, calling on Ross to “reconsider his ill-judged remarks”. Ross inaccurately represented the policy on LBC News radio on Tuesday morning when asked by if it was the case “that effectively, if not legally, that drugs have been decriminalised in large parts of Scotland”.He replied: “No, absolutely not.
