The travellers had been stranded on the luxury Antarctic cruise ship, the Greg Mortimer, for two weeks.

The flight took off from Montevideo yesterday, with baggage handlers clad in protective gear loading suitcases.It's thought around half of all passengers and crew on the ship have been infected.Passengers had been stranded for weeks before being allowed to dock. The Greg Mortimer cruise ship, carrying some passengers infected with the new coronavirus, arrives to the port in Montevideo, Uruguay, Friday.
