Motorists are being urged to avoid the area after the crash about 4.20pm.
A dozen injured people have been taken to hospital following a collision between two buses and multiple cars in Sydney’s south-west on Wednesday afternoon.
Twelve people, including one child, were taken to hospitals including Bankstown, Canterbury and Concord.
