A Dragons’ Den star’s dreams have been ‘shattered’ when his company suffered a huge loss after he walked away from the BBC One competition empty-handed. Patrick Tatham, 60, took part in the Steven Bartlett-starring business programme in 2020, pitching his business of travel garment bags. The entrepreneur was asking for £75,000 for a 10% stake in his business – but wasn’t prepared for the negotiations that followed, or the ‘unprecedent events’ around the time that the episode aired.
