JUST IN: Shane Flanagan will return to NRL head coaching after being offered the Dragons job. Flanagan, who coached the Sharks to a 2016 premiership, will join the club next year. 9News FULL STORY:
Flanagan is currently assistant coach at Manly under Anthony Seibold, but previously worked at the Red V. He also began his playing career at the Dragons but played only three games there in 1987.
In 2013 he was suspended by the NRL for 12 months for his role in an illegal supplements program during the 2011 season.
