The St George Illawarra Dragons five-eighth had been charged with destroying property, assault occasioning actual bodily harm in the company of others and intimidation in relation to the same incident. The NRL player refused to answer questions as he left court, but his lawyer Elias Tabchouri said the matter was "far from over".
Magistrate Fleming said a verbal altercation began when the Amones took issue to where the tradesmen's vehicle was parked."Junior, armed with a hammer, jumped on the roof of the car and chased Mr King across a rooftop."
