was seen pulling up to a house before two men emerged, hiding and seemingly waiting for the alleged target. A white ute pulls into the dead-end street shortly after for what appears to be a planned meeting before one of the men is seen running towards the victim, Albert Harmouche, before firing a gun.
It was established a group of unknown men had approached a 43-year-old man as he was getting out of his car at the address. Three men then appear to pull the 43-year-old out of the ute, dragging him across the residential street and into the white car before speeding off.
While the details are not yet known, it is understood that Harmouche has been released by the alleged captors.9News understands he is known to police, however, it does not appear he was affiliated with any major gangs. Authorities are now investigating reports that the alleged captors were asking for a ransom in the seven-figure range.
