The PSNI shared images showing the extent of the vehicle's 'serious structural defects'
Police have charged a driver who was stopped in Co Tyrone on Tuesday night behind the wheel of a vehicle with fake number plates, which was also found to be in a dangerous condition.
The vehicle was also found to have serious structural defects and would have failed an MOT if presented for a test.In a brief statement issued on Police Derry City & Strabane's Facebook page, officers also shared images showing the condition of the vehicle. "The vehicle was seized and also had a prohibition notice placed on it meaning that when/if it is collected it cannot be driven until the relevant repairs/defects have been rectified."
