A man was killed Friday in a one-vehicle crash in Vista, according to sheriff’s officials.
The man was driving a silver Mercedes Benz when he reportedly suffered a medical emergency and hit a traffic pole, said Lt. Matthew Carpenter.First responders took the man to a hospital, where he died, Carpenter said. His name has not yet been released.
