LOCK HAVEN – A California woman has been placed on 10 years’ probation for what a state trooper called a “senseless action” that resulted in her losing part of a leg.
Many could have been killed by what she did, Wilcox wrote about the June 16, 2020, pursuit on Interstate 80 in which two cruisers were disabled. During the pursuit Abebe passed a bus on the right and hit and disabled cruisers driven by Wilcox and Trooper Andrew Mincer. Wilcox suffered a knee injury.
