Video shows several cars and motorcycles swerve out of the woman's path on the busy Gateway Motorway as she drove north in the southbound lane.A court heard the woman drove on the wrong side for about two kilometres. The 47-year-old was charged with not having proper control of a vehicle and driving under the influence.
She was convicted and sentenced to six months imprisonment, suspended for 12 months, and was disqualified from driving for two years.Police have released traffic camera footage of the January incident to promote safe driving during Queensland Road Safety Week.
