Andrew Price was ejected from the train at Edinburgh’s Haymarket station for being too drunk.
The 40-year-old struggled with British Transport Police officers and told them: “I’ll kill you and my kids will kill your kids.”Price appeared at the city’s sheriff court on Thursday and pled guilty to threatening or abusive behaviour. He admitted repeatedly spitting in the presence of the BTP officers and biting Pc Kimberly Byars’ shoe.Ms Noon said BTP officers approached Price who was clearly drunk and acting “erratic”.
The officers tried to remove Price from the rail service and he told them: “I’m no leaving. Mon then.” Mr Harrower said Price had just returned from a three-week stint on a platform near the Arctic Circle.
