Indoor plants are known for helping to purify the air by removing harmful toxins and improving the overall air quality

Plants can have a big impact on your rooms, adding a touch of nature and a fresh feeling to slightly dull spaces. They don't just look great, experts say they can even help you to feel relaxed and sleep better, The Mirror reports.

If you're keen to add a bit of greenery to your indoor spaces Dunelm has teamed up with plant delivery service Beards & Daisies. It includes house plants you can get delivered easily, dried flower bouquets and even artificial plants if you don't have the best luck when it comes to looking after them.

Prices in the real plants vary from £18-£240, starting at £18 for a Chinese Money House Plant, £22 for an artificial Watermelon Peperomia, and £22 for a bunch of dried Natural Birch Stems. Bundles are also available, including the Unkillable Potted House Plant Bundle. Beards & Daisies is a plant delivery service, making it easier to get lesser spotted plant varieties into your home. They offer plant advice over the phone or via their live chat and since launching in 2015 have seen collaborations with L'Oreal, Amazon, and Uniqlo.

The brand received 4.9 out 5 stars from 8,918 Trustpilot reviews, with one shopper saying, "they would give six stars if they could," and another saying, "the plants arrived in great condition and are thriving in my home. I highly recommend Beards & Daisies to anyone looking to add some lush to their life!". You can also find indoor house plants on Gardening Express, M&S and B&Q.
