There is “more at stake” for Opposition Leader Peter Dutton than Prime Minister Anthony Albanese as they have differing opinions on the Indigenous Voice to Parliament referendum legislation, says Former Howard government minister Peter McGauran.
“In the unlikely event … that the Voice is not carried as a constitutional amendment, then Albanese will have been seen to have done everything within his power,” Mr McGauran told Sky News Australia.
