“Brian’s most recent role was as Vice President Investor Relations Americas for BHP, so he has a very good understanding of equity markets as well,” it said.P recruited Olivier Coulon for small caps and former Morgans analyst Azib Khan to cover banks.P also told staff it had recruited former Macquarie Capital division director Nick Zaita for its corporate advisory arm.
