Eamonn Holmes is set to share insights into his breakup with Ruth Langsford in his first TV appearance since their split announcement took the audience by surprise. The revelation over the weekend that their marriage of 14 years had ended stunned fans everywhere.
"Eamonn is always frank on camera and knows it will be odd for him to discuss the day's news without mentioning his split so he'll say a few words," insiders confirmed, reports the Irish Mirror. Friends have allegedly been told by Eamonn that he 'didn't want to get involved' and that 'Ruth can do what she wants but keep me out of it'.
Speculation about the state of their marriage had been rife among fans, especially since the couple hadn't been photographed together for some time. Their last public appearance was at The Television and Radio Industries Club awards in 2022.
