A cold change forecast for Wednesday is expected to bring some relief for fire crews after a weekend which saw temperatures in the region climb to the high 30s. The fires have scorched more than 12,000 hectares of land around Bunyip State Park. Residents are being allowed back to their homes, but only those who can make it past blocked roads.
