Doak admitted a charge of threatening or abusive behaviour, but an allegation that he went to the neighbour's flat in possession of a machete was dropped.He told the court: "They were afforded entry but the accused asked 'What are you doing here?' "Doak was arrested and as he was being taken from the property he shouted aggressively to the flat upstairs about the man being a grass, adding 'We'll see about him.'Doak has a long list of previous convictions and in 2020 he was jailed for two and a half years for slashing a man in East Kilbride.He added: "On this occasion he felt the police presence was unnecessary but realises he acted in a manner that is unacceptable.
