EastEnders fans think they've figured out how Whitney Dean, played by Shona McGarty, will leave Walford for good.
Even though Whitney and Zack Hudson are licensed foster parents, she felt the formal process would take too long and decided to pay Britney's mum to take her off her hands. Shona has spoken about her decision to leave EastEnders, explaining why she chose to say goodbye to the show.She shared: "I have decided to spread my wings and will be leaving EastEnders. I have loved my years in the show. I have been trusted with some incredible storylines and have made amazing friendships which will endure."
