After a 25 year absence from our screens, Walford icon Cindy Beale made a surprising return to the show this week - but fans are convinced trouble could soon be on the horizon
As Cindy Beale made her triumphant return to EastEnders this week, 25 years on after faking her own death on the soap, fans at home were given the inside scoop on where she had been all this time on Thursday’s episode.
Playing happy families, the reunited couple appeared to be living an idyllic dream, with the situation soon coming to a surprising end, when Cindy was informed that that her former cell mate had passed away, meaning she was free to return to her old identity - something which even prompted Ian to suggest returning to Walford.
A second fan also expressed their concerns for Bobby Beale too, as he had previously murdered his sister, Cindy’s daughter Lucy, as a child. “I'm actually really worried about Bobby's OCD and MH issues resurfacing once Gina and Anna Discover that he killed Lucy. “
