TOP Scottish chef Sean Clark and business partner Paul O’Donoghue are set to open a new bistro in Edinburgh backed by a Hollywood director.
Under the Table will be located on Dundas Street and will seat around 50 people to offer a fixed price lunch menu and an A La Carte dinner menu, including a Sunday lunch offering., each dish on the menu will be a celebration of local and seasonal produce and will change often to ensure customers experience the best ingredients sourced from local suppliers.
